Service Contracts

For the correct and unhindered operation of equipment supplied by our company, we propose to you Maintainance Contracts.

The Maintainance Contract may cover one or more instruments and it is annual. It includes:

• Predefined number of preventive maintenance visits, depending on the instrument and its use.
• Predefined number of annual repairs.
• Response of technician within 1 to 2 days for Athens and 3 to 4 days for other places in Greece.
• Discount of -15% on the parts required.
• Discount of -20% on the hourly charge for extra visits, more than the ones covered by the Maintainance Contract.
• Discount of -20% on the instrument(s) calibration(s) by our company's Accredited Calibration Laboratory.
• Keeping of essential parts in stock for direct and effective confrontation of damage.

Our company, having long-time experience not only in the instruments it represents and supplies, but also in equipmrnt of other manufacturers, is capable to undertake contracts of entire laboratories and not only individual instruments.
