Gel Dryers
Our EDRY1x00 Series Gel Dryers provide precise, homogeneous and reproducible drying of electrophoresis gels for documentation and long-term storage.
Available in two formats, the EDRY1100 (21 × 31 cm) accommodates up to six 10 × 10 cm gels, while the EDRY1200 (35 × 45 cm) allows simultaneous drying of up to twelve mini gels.
A microprocessor-controlled system ensures accurate temperature regulation (0.1°C increments, 0.2°C uniformity) and programmable timing from 1 to 999 minutes, with parameters clearly displayed on independent LED screens.
Gels are heated evenly from the base plate while vacuum extraction removes moisture from below, ensuring uniform drying without distortion. A silicone rubber cover, supporting mask and integrated sealing groove provide optimal vacuum tightness and consistent performance.
