Both the drum walls and vessel bottom are lined with felt to provide an all-around polishing surface throughout the available working volume. The felt components are designed for fast and straightforward replacement, helping simplify cleaning, maintenance, and product changeover.

Operating Principle
The PD Polishing Drum operates by rotating coated products against the felt-lined inner surface of the vessel. This controlled frictional contact polishes the surface of tablets, pellets, or granules as they move inside the drum.
The transparent cover window allows the operator to observe the process, while the adjustable speed and operating angle help optimize the polishing action according to the product characteristics and desired finish.
