The WG-30 Wet Granulator is a compact and versatile granulation system designed for the production of uniform granules from wetted powders, pastes, and dough-like materials. Based on the oscillating rotor principle, it compresses the product through a stainless-steel sieve with a selected mesh size to produce granules suitable for drying and further processing.

In addition to wet granulation, the WG-30 can be used for limited dry granulation, size reduction of soft slugs and pellets, and the reprocessing of rejected tablets or granulates. This makes it a flexible solution for R&D, formulation development, pilot-scale work, and small-batch manufacturing.
