The PSM High-Speed Ploughshare Mixer is a powerful and compact mixing solution designed for rapid, homogeneous blending of dry materials, semi-wet powders, granules, and difficult-to-handle particles. Its high-intensity mixing action makes it particularly effective for sticky, fibrous, clumped, and poorly flowing materials.
Operating according to the turbine mixing principle, the PSM uses ploughshare mixing elements that rotate at high speed in close proximity to the mixing drum. This creates an effective fluidized-bed mixing effect, ensuring intensive movement of the product in both radial and axial directions.

Mixing Performance
The rotating ploughshare arm continuously moves material from the centre towards the drum walls while simultaneously distributing it along the full length of the mixing chamber. This intensive circulation allows efficient blending even where the mixing ratio is extremely low—down to 1:100,000, depending on the material and process parameters.
