LMZ-5
Sigma double-arm kneader based on the sigma-blade (Z) principle.
The LMZ-5 Sigma Double-Arm Kneader is a compact, high-performance machine engineered for kneading, folding, and homogenizing highly viscous blends, pastes, doughs, slurries, and other demanding formulations.
Based on the proven sigma-blade (Z-blade) principle, the LMZ-5 features a U-shaped mixing vessel equipped with two inward counter-rotating sigma blades. Operating at differential speeds, the blades generate intensive shear while continuously moving, stretching, folding, recombining, and compressing the material against the vessel walls. This action delivers thorough, homogeneous mixing and can significantly reduce kneading time.
