The DG Dual Roller Crusher is a compact dry granulation and crushing system designed for converting slugs, tablets, pellets, and similar solid materials into granules. Its robust twin-roller configuration supports efficient size reduction while helping minimise the generation of fine powder.
Built around two helically threaded stainless-steel rollers, the DG combines powerful feeding action with controlled crushing and granulation. It is an effective solution for R&D, pilot-scale trials, and small-batch production where reliable dry processing and easy adjustment are required.

Operating Principle
Two massive, helically threaded rollers rotate to generate the pressure required for crushing and granulation. The spiral grooves provide a positive feed action, directing material towards the breaking combs located at the sides of the machine.
For granulation, the rollers operate outward towards the side cheeks, forcing material through the breaking combs. For larger objects, the system can be used for inward crushing. This flexible operating principle supports the processing of different types of dry solid feed materials.
