The FMO Ointment Dosing & Filling Apparatus is a compact, precise, and versatile system for dosing and filling free-flowing viscous products. It is designed for creams, ointments, pastes, and similar formulations that remain flowable at room temperature.

Ideal for R&D, pilot-scale work, and small-batch production, the FMO provides accurate volumetric dosing into a wide range of packaging formats, including tubes, jars, bottles, and plastic containers. Its piston-pump technology ensures reliable fill volumes, while the practical design supports fast setup, easy cleaning, and efficient maintenance.

Flexible Filling Options

The FMO can be configured with optional nozzles in 2, 4, 6, or 8 mm diameters, each with a standard 125 mm orifice length. This allows the system to be adapted to the flow characteristics of different creams, ointments, and paste formulations.

An optional foot pedal is also available for convenient start/stop control during filling operations.
