The LF-150 Dual Liquid Filling & Dosing Instrument is a compact, precise filling solution for free-flowing liquid products. Designed for R&D, pilot-scale applications, and small-batch production, it combines dual piston-pump technology with a space-saving vertical layout to deliver accurate, repeatable, and drip-free dosing.
The system is equipped with two positive-displacement reciprocating piston pumps, each fitted with a 3-way valve arrangement. Dosing volume is adjusted easily and symmetrically through dedicated adjustment nuts, enabling fast adaptation to different filling requirements. The dosing cylinders can also be removed quickly for cleaning, sterilization, replacement, or upgrade to larger-volume cylinders.
