The PFM-L Suppository and Lipstick Moulding Apparatus is a versatile system designed for the melting, mixing, dosing, and moulding of semi-solid products with high melting points. It is ideal for the production of suppositories, lipsticks, and pharmaceutical or cosmetic formulations that require controlled heating before or during filling.

The system combines a stainless-steel vessel with a heated double jacket, an integrated agitator, and a gravity-dosing mechanism. This configuration enables simultaneous heating and mixing, including during the dosing process, helping maintain a consistent temperature and uniform product quality throughout production.
