The TRM-S Triple Roller Mill is a compact and efficient solution for the homogenization and refinement of ointments, creams, pastes, doughs, and other highly viscous preparations. It is designed for pilot-scale development, laboratory use, and small-batch production where uniform product texture and consistent dispersion are essential.
The system operates through three robust, counter-rotating rollers manufactured from high-quality L316 stainless steel. As the material passes through the adjustable roller gaps, it is spread into a thin film and subjected to controlled compression and shear. This multi-stage rolling action effectively squeezes, homogenizes, and refines viscous formulations.
